In 1997, I embarked on the journey of establishing a nursing journal. Since then, my professional path has led me to become a committed and patient-focused Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience across various specialties within the Australian public healthcare system. Additionally, I have gained another decade of expertise working in the Emergency Department (ED) overseas.

Throughout my extensive career, I have consistently upheld a personalized approach to tending to a diverse range of patients. I believe in going beyond the call of duty to guarantee the utmost quality of care.

• With a strong dedication for patient advocacy, I create care plans for patients in acute and chronic health care settings and quickly adapt to different environments;
• Demonstrating a strong clinical skill set in a hospital setting and with a focus on procedural care, I conduct assessments, complete appropriated documentation and work collaboratively with patients and their families regarding care, treatment, and discharge planning;
• Possess the ability to liaison between the multidisciplinary teams, to developing professional relationships with patients, patient's family, and multidisciplinary team;
• Passionately consolidate my various skills and a broad knowledge by medical and surgical procedures, daily health care, workshop, in service and health article reading. Notably, I always strive to follow pathway to excellence strategies;
