• Provided my shopkeeper with everyday tasks in order of priority to complete throughout the day including time standards.
• Two way communication with overnight sequence team to ensure the home world load-fill team and I had the same goals in mind.
• Completed all the re-works promptly that were allocated on the store task tool. This included having to do a customised layout when the furniture moved from the storage department into home living because the store layout didn't align with the provided planograms.
• Having to apply strong leadership and problem - solving skills when running and leading the morning sequence team. Making sure that all processes are followed through and completed, including finishing load fill, pack away and back fill, also having to accommodate to any new line products or shopkeeping tasks as well.

• Trained in multiple different processes throughout the store, including backfill, decant, customer service desk, registers, online picking and packing, store presentation, refresh, shopkeeping, stocktake (including form1s) and back dock receiving.
• Went overnight during peak of 2022 and lead the Black Friday set up with a custom plan and organised how it was stored in the stockroom.
• Worked hand-in-hand with the line manager to lead a successful Christmas, overlooking the kids overnight sequence team while manual backfilling the stockroom and then filling the backfill onto the shop floor every night, this ensured the shop floor remained full over the Christmas peak period.
