Introduction

I have previously worked for City Chic Collective as a store manager across two locations in R108, being in Dubbo NSW and Belconnen ACT.

I began my CC journey when Dubbo first opened its doors and after 8 months, was offered a position at the flagship store in Belconnen.

During my time there, I worked closely with my area manager Sharon who coached and developed me knowing my aspirations of one day securing a regional sales trainer or area manager role.

Following the move, Sharon and I often worked together developing training activities that would align with the weekly focus to introduce alternative methods to motivate and engage our teams to drive our results.

I bring previous experience managing two of the stores, familiarity with having worked in the other 2 ACT stores (outlet and Tuggeranong), previously established connections / prior training with the current ACT, Dubbo and Albury managers, their ASM’s and team members.
