Administrator in our family IT business, I undertook a diverse range of responsibilities. Including general administration tasks, data entry and content migration, coordinating travel arrangements and conferences, processing invoices, and leading project management efforts for office redesign projects. Additionally, I took charge of indoor plant design and maintenance to foster a pleasant and conducive work environment. Through these responsibilities, I honed strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.

Managing all parental duties for my two children. This further developed my skills in time management, budgeting, negotiation, communication and organization.

As Senior Cabin Crew in the Upper Class Cabin, I provided attentive service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. My duties included welcoming passengers aboard, assisting with seating arrangements, and offering pre-flight amenities to enhance their experience. I worked closely with the Supervisor and other team members to deliver seamless service, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin while adhering to safety protocols. I effectively communicated safety procedures to passengers, conducted regular checks of cabin amenities, and promptly addressed any passenger requests or concerns. My role required strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to varying situations, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to uphold the airline's standards of excellence.
