Assist serve customers at trade counter.

Warehousing duties.

Restocking yard and products.

• Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
• Identify and promote business opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Scheduling of trucks, trailer, drivers and pilot cars.
• Liaising with drivers, operators, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotes, orders, allocation of resources.
• Incident investigation and reporting.
• Monitoring adherence to OH&S policies & procedures.
• Monitoring adherence to CoR policies & procedures.
• Monitor and review driver speed, mass and fatigue.
• Monitor and review driver pre starts and fitness for work.
• Record and reporting of non conformances.
• Preparation and presentation of weekly report including financial utilization and business performance to Operations Manager.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly compliance report to Operations Manager.
• Review and manage asset servicing and repairs.
• Application and review of NHVR Oversize/Overmass permits.
• Plan transport routes in accordance with NHVR , state and council road requirements.
• Preparation and presentation of toolbox meetings.
• Management and engagement of subcontractors including onboarding and compliance.
• Onboarding of staff.
