I was privately employed as a casual carer of Sally Clarke who has downs syndrome and needs 24 hour supervision. My role included taking her on walks and creating fun interactive activities to help her memory

• Since the age 14 years I have worked in various roles including front-of-house, drive-thru and kitchen. Our store can get extremely busy and is often caught understaffed so I have learned to do multiple roles simultaneously. I believe this role has set me up to be a very flexible and agile employee.
• Assisted in training new employees, ensuring they quickly became proficient in their roles and responsibilities.
