During my time after graduating school I have worked in a wide range of different job roles. This has given me the skills and knowledge across all different trades which has been beneficial to my career progression. During my 4 years in the Royal Australian Army I have gained extensive experience leading and managing teams in high-stress environments. Efficient in planning and executing complex military operations. Skilled in developing and implementing policies and procedures with focus on safety. After my time in the military I then went into the Mining, Oil & Gas workforce where I then gained more trade skills and knowledge to further my career.
