- Made pizzas as I started, but as I gained more experience in the workplace, I took on other customer service roles such as serving customers and using my friendly communication skills, cutting the pizzas, and handing them out to customers. I have also learnt the role of being a supervisor throughout the shop and watching over everybody, while not having any main managers on shift.
