I am a Clinical Nurse with over 18 years Intensive Care nursing experience. I seek a role that will permit the application of the advanced clinical skills and experience gained throughout my career to date, whilst allowing the opportunity to leverage these skills and expand my leadership knowledge, aiming to provide high-quality patient care while actively contributing to team development and quality improvement initiatives in accordance with evidence based best practice and professional standards. The role will allow the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and lead in clinical service planning, development, and management, ensuring optimal patient outcomes are achieved. This role will also allow the opportunity for continued professional development so I can continue to contribute as a valued member of a high-performing team while advocating best practices, optimising processes, and facilitating a culture of excellence. The role will allow the opportunity to participate/collaborate in the design and conduct of quality improvement initiatives that drive positive change within healthcare settings. I have always contributed to promoting patient safety, improving documentation practices, and encouraging a collaborative culture and excellence driven environment.
