In this role I'm predominantly working with the Transmission Utilities and Renewable Energy Zones along with the Industrial Customers looking to into system strength and dec-carbonization. My primary focus at the moment is developing the system strength market, planning and execution of the sales strategy and the management of the sales organisation in Australia for the Grid Integration Business, predominantly

• Power Quality including SVC, STATCOM & Synchronous Condensers
• EMobilty including Flash and Fleet Charging for Transport and Mining Electrification
• Power Conversion (Static Frequency Converters)
• Power Consulting
• HVDC

Other responsibilities include

• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Identify and drive new market opportunities.
• Preparing Sales plans with regular status reviews with the wider team.
• Forecast sales and established processes to achieve sales objectives and related metrics.
• Engage in product training, demonstrations, consumer awareness, branding, and acquisition initiatives to raise awareness and revenues.

Relocated to Australia from the UK to build the service business for FACTS & HVDC In Australia. Led the service business in both sales and execution transforming it from spare parts business to becoming the service centre for the Asia Region providing specialist services and engineering for all FACTS and HVDC Infrastructure.

• Used industry expertise, customer service skills and analytical nature to resolve customer concerns and promote loyalty.
• Responsible for the Service budget in terms of sales, revenue and EBIT.
• Lead, Manage and develop the Service Team personnel.
• Maximise the scope of the existing portfolio.

Led the service business in the UK for Substation Protection & Control, Static Var Compensator's and HVDC. Main customers included National Grid, London Underground, Eirgrid and most of the distribution utilities.
