• Lead, guiding and supporting staff with the implementation and review of Model of Care service elements. This required using change management skills, clinical education, leadership and role modelling
• Leading the review of work instructions, policy and procedures to ensure current evidence and best clinical practice.
• Providing advanced nursing support and leadership of clinical practice around Child Health practice in the multidisciplinary team.
• Developing pathways with Maternity hospital key stakeholders to ensure continuity of care for families across services.
• Collaborating with government and non-government organisations, building on professional relationships to optimally meet client and service needs.
