I started my recruitment career in 2019 with a generalist agency where I placed a range of roles from sales to financial planners. After a year I decided that I wanted to move out of recruitment and made the move to a software solution that helps connect companies with recruiters called TalentVine where I joined as the second sales employee. All though I enjoyed the business and helped win clients such as Aurizon, I wanted to make the move back into recruitment with a IT agency so joined Humanised Group.
I started slow with my first quarter being a tad over $40,000 however by the end of my tenure was doing an average quarter of $100,000 with my largest quarter being $150,000. I placed roles including sales, support engineers, system engineers, cloud engineers, dev ops engineers, and team leads.
I've spent the last year working for myself focusing on sales roles for the tech services market. I've billed over $150,000 with all new clients including the likes of Chamonix, Intuit Technologies, and Cythera.
All though I've enjoyed many aspects and learned a lot, my goal now is to rejoin a team environment where I can get back to tech recruitment and grow my career in the right agency.
