Overview:

The primary function of my role is to provide leadership, direction, and operational support on a full-time shift basis to ensure safe, efficient, and effective ramp operations at Perth Airport.

The service delivery will be consistent with the expectations of all regulatory bodies and customer airlines' expectations, SLAs, while also ensuring adherence to company objectives, policies, and procedures.
While in my position, I am responsible for achieving agreed operational targets and ensuring that completed work meets client expectations, contract requirements, and Menzies standards.
