I am a motivated, self-driven man who is passionate about helping people achieve their personal or professional goals. I am experienced in problem solving high pressure situations and have years of experience in customer service. I am currently studying a Cert IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Fitness and demonstrate a strong drive to be successful in a personal and professional capacity.
I have worked at Mudgee Toyota for over 4 years now. In this time, I completed my Cert III in Automotive Sales. My current role is to co-ordinate vehicle service and repairs, communicate with customers, train new staff members how to carry out the daily operations/operating systems, problem solve in high pressure scenarios, built, create and grow customer relations, submit and manage warranty claims within Toyota's strict policies and procedures and ensure customer satisfaction/retention. In carrying out these roles I have learnt skills such as excellent problem solving, building and managing relationships between customers and other staff members, managing tasks that have a set deadline and how to communicate whilst maintaining professionalism.
I worked at Petrie's Mitre 10 for just over 3 years where I completed a Cert III in Retail Services whilst completing my Higher School Certificate. My role was to assist customers in find their desired product and offer advice in a professional capacity. This aligned with stocking shelves neatly, carrying out stock take operations to prepare for audits, working at the registers, receipting the daily cash takings and re-organizing stock displays by using plan-o-grams.
