I’ve been employed at the Barron valley hotel in a supervisor position handling many aspects of the hotel. Primarily I am a chef in the kitchen and also a licensed manager of the bar. As I’ve been here so long I’ve also learned and responsible for other duties such as balancing the tills nightly, TAB and keno manager and bottle shop assistant.
