  • Assisted in delivery and management of the 2023 Kids Day Out which is the "homebase" for the annual Good Friday Appeal, which raises over $6m and donated directly to The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne. The event attracts over 100,000 attendees through the day and our role was to manage 2,000 volunteers and coordinate 75 sport, art, play, entertainment and emergency service activations.
  • Managed the growth and development of the Bluesfest brand as it hosted its first festival in Melbourne 2023, having previously been a well-known event hosted in Queensland for over 30 years. My role on this project focused on establishing the brand in Melbourne, ensuring that effective communication and awareness was being promoted through multiple social media platforms, as well as developing and producing reusable branded assets that will assist the event’s production for future years. On the day my team and I managed all venue and audio-visual operations, coordinating 23,000 attendees across 3 main stages with 50+ talent acts.
