Daniel is a results-driven consultant with a strong foundation in business analysis and a focus on delivering impactful, client-focused solutions. A graduate of IQ Group's 2024 Graduate Program, he has added value across administration transitions, member portals and advice tools within the superannuation industry. Skilled in design thinking, process mapping and non-technical UI design, Daniel is eager to learn and upskill within the Business Analyst space.
As part of the administration team, Daniels role is to provide support and professional services to alleviate APEX's Complaints & Incidents backlog, including documentation of observations to assist in the uplift of current complaints process.

Daniel assisted in the co-design and delivery of a new Member Online portal to elevate member experience. Across the Advice and Education stream, he was involved in documenting requirements for new Advice Tools to improve advice offerings.
