• Working with coordinators from other clubs and helping other coordinators with games they need covered, helping the association organise umpires for representative tournaments and trials
• Writing a report each month for the club about what has been happening with umpiring

• Interacting with customers, including taking orders over the phone and in person, dealing with payments (calculating payments and change, both cash and card) and handling customers complaints
