Accomplishments

I joined AustralianSuper in 2018 as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Fund's first Group Executive, Technology Services.

At this time, the Fund was delivering the first year of a new strategic technology roadmap delivering wholesale change to the organisation. I coordinated a number of activities under the Technology Uplift Program, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver business outcomes.

I was nominated to be part of an incident response team following a major outage and quickly formed relationships with key personnel across Group Risk, People and Culture, Investment Operations amongst others. In 2019, I was nominated by the Technology Services Leadership Team for a Members First Award recognising outstanding contributions to member and colleague outcomes. I am the only person to have won this award with less than twelve months tenure at the Fund.

I was successful in securing a secondment in the Strategy and Planning team in 2021 in a governance and reporting role. I was later permanently appointment into that role. I have since gone on to secure a number of governance and reportings roles leading a small team deliver data analytics and insights and uplift reporting to Board and Management.

Following organisational changes in December 2021, I have worked alongside the First Line Risk team broadening my understanding of the risk management system. I work closely with our Group Risk and Regulatory Reporting function in responding to requests from the regulator.
