I constantly work to exceed expectations in relation to my role as a TCRO. I have a high work ethic, whether it be operating on the desk, training new starters or assisting internal or external stakeholders or even in the involvement in change management. I actively abide by Transurban's values while performing my role to the highest level. I collaborate with internal and external work colleagues and maintain positive relationships.
I communicate openly and honestly with my shift partners, team leaders, people leaders along with key stake holders and external stake holders.
