Brought built environment knowledge and expertise to a project influencing the design direction in order to bring economy and efficiency to the programme and budget.
- ADCO Constructions, Delivered the Costco Epping project two months early and with outstanding profit margins. Incorporated innovation in design by re-designing the Victoria University Skills Hub facade system to achieve a two-month programme gain and project delivery for the client. Maximised the Darebin Multi-Sport Stadium project buildability. Reducing the cost and environmental risk in the amendment of piling retention system methodology in highly contaminated ground conditions.
