Summary
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Chemistry. I have just completed my first semester, and have about five years more to complete this double degree, so I am actively seeking some part time, and casual, work to support myself at this time.
I have recently begun volunteering in the State Emergency Service of New South Wales so study and this are the only obligation I have that may interfere with any particular shifts.
For the last nine years I worked as a Senior Constable in the New South Wales Police Force in varied roles for many Commands. Most recently I was working in Brief Handling and Management, organising and documenting current and previous investigations.
Previously I had worked in Intelligence, Radio Operations, high security gang investigations, Exhibits, and general maintenance and administration. My preferred position was in operational General Duties policing, but after my licence was medically suspended I pursued many different alternate avenues of policing.
Before working for the NSWPF I was the Store Manager at several locations for Pizzacutters Gourmet pizza. I first started working at the original store in Wahroonga as a delivery driver but shortly after the business had opened they asked me to assist in the kitchen. Over time I developed skills in all areas of the business and was promoted to an Assistant Manager position. When a new business was opened in North Bridge I acted as a Manager there, as well as further stores in Castle Hill and Mona Vale, before retuning to the original store and performing Store Manager duties there until I resigned.
Whilst working at Pizzacutters I also served in the Australian Army Reserve in Artillery where I drove trucks and four wheel drives on and off road, with light artillery in tow. I also briefly worked in a cafe and bottle shop, but these were only short, seasonal, roles.
I am now looking forward to the challenges this position will provide.
