

Motivated and passionate 20-year-old aspiring chef with hands-on experience in fast-paced kitchen environments at ease in Gastronomical , European and Mediterranean style of cuisine.Began culinary journey as an apprentice in 2020 and has since developed skills through roles at high-end establishments. Gained valuable experience working from October 2023 to October 2024 at LUX* Belle Mare, contributing to quality food preparation and service. Most recently appointed as Chef de Partie at Cassa de Churros Dessert Shop, where I refined my skills in pastry and dessert presentation. Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, with a long-term goal of becoming an Executive Chef.
As a Cook at LUX* Belle Mare, i contributed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the resort’s commitment to creativity, freshness, and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the kitchen team, I assisted in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with LUX* Resorts & Hotels’ standards and sustainability values.
