My role during the 2022 election It was to coordinate with the Officer In Charge to ensure that scrutinies were following procedure and that ballots and electoral materials were correctly and securely packaged before I transported them to an outposted hub.

• Managed daily cafe operations, including opening the cafe, ensuring efficiency, and managing a team of up to 5 individuals
• Provided training and supervision for new staff members on cafe policies and procedures.
• Conducted regular equipment maintenance checks to ensure functionality.
• Effectively maintained communication between my team and floor managers in a high stress environment.
• Consistently able to work long shifts beginning at irregular times, often as early as 5am.

• Worked alongside fellow team members in achieving a smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Interacted with customers in order to provide the most satisfactory experience possible.
