• Contracted by the director to PROJECT MANAGE a roof restoration on a heritage listed building for Auckland city council.

• During my time at ACCESSPRO SOLUTIONS I started as a rope access technician supervising building maintenance projects then after a short period I was promoted to the OPERATIONS MANAGER position.

• Self employed contractor mainly doing residential building and maintenance

• Tasks Involved Rope access site supervisor , rigging , haul systems ,telecommunication rigging , anchor point and safety systems installation and Certification , leak detection , painting , concrete repairs , caulking , glazing , window Cleaning , building wash , general building maintenance , signage installation.

• My role as a hammer hand was help builder with new builds , reclads , decks and renovations

• My role as the height supervisor was to set up , train and ensure all staff were safe and confident with working at heights also helping with installation of windows on construction sites

• My role as an rope access technician covering all aspects of rope access , fall arrest ,swinging stages Irans ropes access qualification 2006

• MY ROLE WITHIN THE COMPANY WAS INSTALATION OF THREMOSASH AND GJAMES WINDOWS SYSTEMS
