Summary

With 15 months of dedicated experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I specialize in addressing a wide array of issues, including addictions (such as AOD, social media, computer gaming, and food), career challenges (such as redundancy, change, work-related stress, and EAP), relationships, abuse and trauma, ADHD, autism, grief and loss, as well as terminal illness.

Counselling marks a mid-life career shift for me, transitioning from a 26-year tenure as a graphic designer in prestigious multinational advertising agencies and local government roles. This background has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I integrate into my counselling practice.

What sets me apart is my personal connection to the challenges many of my client’s face. My life experience allows me to approach my work with empathy, understanding, and genuine compassion, helping individuals through the complexities of their lives, offering them the understanding, healing, and support they need to overcome adversity.
