Presently, I am responsible for overseeing, managing and supporting all creative endeavors for the entire business, in addition to fulfilling higher management duties. This entails overseeing staff and making significant business decisions. Within our full-time educational programs, I both manage and teach, as well as create and direct showcases. Furthermore, I take on the role of mentoring students while ensuring their welfare.

Also working as a core tutor across all courses, I oversaw the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs. I recruited, trained, and mentored faculty and staff in instructional best practices, and evaluated existing plans, processes, and event planning services to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I provided guidance and mentoring to all our students.

I designed and developed the Diploma of Musical Theatre course, ensuring it met high educational standards and industry relevance. As a core teacher, I focused on voice and acting, delivering comprehensive and engaging instruction to students. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I created and directed showcases to highlight student talent, developed the faculty schedule to optimize teaching efficiency, and managed administrative tasks. I also served as a student welfare liaison and mentor, providing guidance and support to promote student well-being and success.

I created and ran my own corporate entertainment company, performing throughout Australasia at high-profile events. I arranged production schedules for clients, talent, and technical crew, maintaining a high level of composure and calm in fast-paced, stressful, and constantly changing environments to provide optimal leadership and achieve desired results. I participated in meetings with producers and production crews to ensure the program aligned with the creative vision, observed tight deadlines, and adhered to strict budgetary controls to avoid waste and streamline costs.

I have an extensive career in musical theatre, TV, film, and as a voice recording artist. My leading credits include productions such as The Buddy Holly Story, The Man From Snowy River, The Boy from Oz (original cast), Little Shop of Horrors, Sweet Charity, Into the Woods, A Chorus Line, Hair, The Iron Man, The Surgeon, Ben 10, and The Powerpuff Girls.
