Registered Nurse Child and Family Health works within a primary healthcare model with families who have infants and/or young children 0-5 years.The role is responsible for the monitoring growth and development,and health status of the child(0-5 years) within the context of the family using child health surveillance and screen as per the Personal Health Record Book(Blue Book).
