• Manage the performance of direct labour and subcontractors on the installation on various dewatering projects.

ARGYLE DIAMOND MINE

• Onsite project manage, set out, including all infrastructure for a 200 man accommodation camp .
• Oversee various structural steel and concrete project works .
• Assist and manage scheduled processed plant maintenance works.
• Operate and coordinate maintenance and repairs to our 4 x Crane Fleet. 2 x AT 20t, 1 x MAC 25t Franna, 1 x 50t Tadano Slew Crane.
• Develop and promote a zero harm culture.
• Budge controls.
• Maintain a strop client focus within the business.
• An overriding commitment to health, safety and environment.

• Oversee and coordinate contractors on various sites with required capital projects throughout the Parraburdoo and Marandoo mine sites.
• Steel construction projects, all sandblasting and painting, carpentry, concrete and drainage works.
• Supervise process plant maintenance works including, chutes, crushers, pumps, screens and conveyors.
• Repairs, including complete installation of all new conveyor safety guards throughout the mine sites.
• Construction and installation of new maintenance workshop with 10t overhead crane.
• Maintain budget controls within the projects.
