Hi my name is Deyarla, I am highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. In my experience I have worked as team across a whole childhood education service. I have maintained and complied with policies and procedures. Working with children requires physical and practical work but also theory in terms of writing reports and assessing a child’s developmental progress. Interpersonal skills were also a factor with engaging in conversations with parents about many elements of their child’s development and wellbeing.
