· Develop and update the Supported Employee, Nursery Worker and Factory Hand Handbooks as required

· Manage and distribute the monthly Knoxbrooke Enterprises newsletter “In the Loop”

· Facilitate the Knoxbrooke Enterprises uniform programs

· Co-ordinate the supported employee record keeping including notes / journals / goals and plans within Knoxbrooke’s employee / client systems and ensuring client records are up to date to for accuracy of NDIS claims

· Co-ordinate the registers and files for incident reports for Knoxbrooke Enterprises
