  • Teamwork and Collaboration- I believe Collaboration and teamwork both entail a group of individuals cooperating to achieve a common objective through fostering collaboration, growing professional networks, and supporting skill development, teamwork can greatly help a career progress My sense of teamwork comes to reaching the provided goal and making sure we don't give up I will make sure I provide my needed expertise towards the goal and respect newly and upcoming individuals towards the growth and visit of the organisation In school ,group projects I love being a team leader and leading my team to a positive path and sometimes I might not succeed in my goal, but I believe in trying hard and never giving up
  • Customer Service- I believe Customer service is the assistance you provide to your clients to make their interactions with your brand simple and pleasurable, both before and after they purchase and utilise your goods or services I treat customers with respect and satisfaction, and treat them as I am treating a human My communication towards the customer would be simple and understandable towards situations like for example where a customer may not be guaranteed In school teachers provide us satisfaction by giving us notes for what we learnt on the day, which shows they care I believe one main aspect towards customer service is showing you care towards your customer
  • Problem-Solving- I like to solve problems by being patient For me problem solving consist of exponential factors, where a situation for problem solving can occur anywhere at anytime When it comes to problem solving I think outside the box and try to find multiple solutions whether that is customer satisfaction or counting stocks I prefer to work together to find the cause of the problem and implanting a solution together In school maths is a subject which requires problem solving, the subject is an example for me there are many different ways that allow a individual to solve a problem whether it be hard or easy
  • Excellent Communication- I am a confident individual who supports a positive environment (workplace) and customer Satisfaction I make sure the individual who I communicate to is clear and confident in proceeding with confirmation I personally provide communication which displays the main message and intended effect towards the situation without any hesitation In school I use the aspects to deal with any doubts, problems, questions etc whether that be my teachers or friends My communication towards my customers and fellow team mates will be with respect and a message displayed In positive and negative situations
