JOB ROLE: In Process Quality assurance

· Effectively Handling of Line Clearance & Initiation- Ensure the Rh and temperature limits as per as the standards.

· Weekly and monthly Calibration and verification of balances and check weighers.

· Line clearance procedures involved in packaging activity.

· Ensuring In- Process checks such as the embossing details on the blister matches the coding details on the cartons, shipper labels as per BPR.

· In process checks performed primary packaging such as leak test, camera challenges, NFD and in secondary area packaging auto-cartoner, check weighers challenges.

· Handling of deviations during audit time.

· Following effectively GMP and CGMPs.

· Performed visual inspection, pack stock inspection at regular intervals of time.

· Sampling procedure as per the SOP.

· To investigate the cause of any non conformance and its Corrective action and Preventive action ( CAPA)

· Review and verification of Reconciliations of the Batch process records( BPR).

· Working in a team and reporting to the QA manager.
