Responsible for the Home Section, where my role included filling shelves, fixing/updating product displays, updating price points, assembling display pieces, answering customer service calls relevant to my section (as well as often assisting in other areas), as well as monitoring and adjusting stock levels and putting together online orders.

• Prepared orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labelling merchandise.
• Cleaned and maintained warehouse in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Assisted with stock takes and cycle counts to promote accurate inventory processes.
• Loaded and unloaded delivery trucks promptly for further distribution as a forklift operator.

• Entering purchase orders and product data across multiple channels, mainly in cin7 (inventory management software).
• Back-end website maintenance and product creation/management using Shopify.
• Quality control of all incoming new styles/checking existing stock.
