My role was to fulfill front of house functions, man the register and ensure that the cafe met health and safety standards through cleaning dishware and tables. I displayed:

• Effective communication with the barista's for new orders so that patrons could be served quickly and efficiently.
• Levels of critical thinking by delivering orders to patrons when all the waiters were busy working with other customers.
• Forward thinking by washing large amounts of dishware before the high pressure period.
• A new way of working into the team by prioritizing cups in the cleaning process which maximized cleaning efficiency.

I joined Terracon Legal as a Paralegal to provide administrative support to the team so that they could seamlessely undertake functions as required in their respective roles. I was able to facilitate this through a variety of key responsibilities, these included:

• Provided direct administrative support to two Solicitors.
• Streamlined communication between clients and legal staff by managing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Improved document organisation by implementing a comprehensive file management system for easy access to essential case materials.
• Edited and proofread legal documents to verify accuracy.
• Developed and implemented research briefs / reports directly for clients and internal stakeholders.

My role is to set and enforce performance and service standards to keep a consistent, high-quality environment devoted to customer satisfaction. I displayed:

• Supported and assisted team members in handling guest inquiries and requests in resolving guest complaints.
• Trained new staff members on company policies and procedures.
• Delivered exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and quick responses to issues.
• Monitored dining room inventory and restocked as necessary.
• Managed complex scenarios to ensure that patrons leave satisfied and happy.
