Commencing the crux of my working career at Woolworths in 2016, I was quickly promoted to Night Manager, with broad responsibilities across all store operations. Additionally, in 2018, I took on the role of store mental health officer, with a specific focus on team wellbeing. I have a longstanding history of meeting effective outcomes through commitment to person-centred and holistic management.
I have completed regular and ongoing volunteer work including as a teacher’s aide at St Pius X, working with students in counselling at Marcellin College, volunteering as a supervisor for work for the doll projects with Kids Off the Kerb, and volunteering as a citizen advocate.
In 2023 I undertook a placement at Headspace, Greensborough, where I enjoyed various responsibilities aligned with their organisational requirements.

· Receiving the award for the best individual safety implementation of all stores in Vic/Tas, including in relation to the mental health and wellbeing of their team (2018)
· Overseeing the successful implementation of the company restructure in 2019
· Being transitioned to a new store midway through 2021 for the purpose of redeveloping the team culture and working environment
· Achieving the best KPI in the Eastern group for measurement of the rostering restructure in 2023
· Achieving the highest departmental response for team satisfaction in Voice of Team surveys 2019-2023.

· Being available for all team for discussion of a broad range of issues
· Providing a safe space for team to discuss concerns or worries
