Summary

Commencing the crux of my working career at Woolworths in 2016, I was quickly promoted to Night Manager, with broad responsibilities across all store operations. Additionally, in 2018, I took on the role of store mental health officer, with a specific focus on team wellbeing. I have a longstanding history of meeting effective outcomes through commitment to person-centred and holistic management.

I have completed regular and ongoing volunteer work including as a teacher’s aide at St Pius X, working with students in counselling at Marcellin College, volunteering as a supervisor for work for the doll projects with Kids Off the Kerb, and volunteering as a citizen advocate.

In 2023 I undertook a placement at Headspace, Greensborough, where I enjoyed various responsibilities aligned with their organisational requirements.
