As a Hospitality Worker in an aged care facility, I play a key role in ensuring a high standard of care, comfort, and well-being for residents. My tasks and responsibilities includes:

• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of meals, ensuring they met dietary requirements and preferences of residents.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning duties in residents’ rooms, common areas, and dining spaces. I adhered to hygiene and infection control protocols to ensure a safe, comfortable living space for all residents.
• Managing supplies and inventory of kitchen and hospitality-related materials, ensuring that all stock was kept in good condition and that residents' needs were met promptly.

• Completed hands-on placement as part of Individual Support (Aged Care) course, providing direct care to elderly residents in a residential aged care facility.
• Assisted with daily activities, including personal care, mobility support, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents.
• Supported residents with social and emotional wellbeing, promoting engagement in activities and fostering a positive environment.
