Baravi (Asian) Restaurant.

• Prepares ingredients daily by cutting vegetables and meat. Prepares station mis-en-place for rapid service. Cooks for more than 150 to 200 guests on a busy period across 2 stations. Collaborate with team members to assist in prep production. Experience in preparing international dishes, e.g, Asian, Indian, Fijian, etc. Independently prepare the kitchen in the morning shift for the entire restaurant. Qualified wok chef as always making all kinds of stir fry.

IVI (Fine Dining) Restaurant

• Maintained cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and storage areas.
• Prepares menu items in an effective manner according to both strict restaurant guidelines and customer dietary.
• Helps head chef with prep and cook in function and VIP events
• Work closely with Head chef to assemble and maintain quality food up to standard.

Sundowner (grill and pizza) Restaurant

• Assemble entree and desserts.
• Helps pizza, pans, and plating stations if needed
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen by wiping counter tops, sweeping, and mopping the floor
