• Providing exceptional customer service to Fitstop members, leads and suppliers
• Coaching Fitstop group sessions in line with the Fitstop methodology and upskilling my trainers to ensure they are also delivering an excellent product
• Engage with Social Media posting across Fitstop socials
• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the gym is of the highest standard, giving every class the '5am experience'.
• Membership sales and retention strategies to minimise attrition
• Driving performance through FItstop marketing and training campaigns
• Increased staff performance and engagement via motivational leadership.
• Prepared monthly reports and budgets to track revenue and expenses.
• Fostered a supportive work environment that encouraged teamwork, open communication, and shared responsibility among staff members.

Working alongside both Fitstop HQ and also local Western Autralian owners, my duties included but were not limited to...

• Liaising between owners and Head Office in the lead up and also Open Day itself of new locations.
• Upskilling location managers in what is necessary to run a smooth open day session
• Upskilling both managers and trainers in movements that frequent themselves in Fitstop programming, eg Back Squat, Toes to Bar etc.
• If necessary, work with locations post open to assist in the day to day operations of running a studio, from enquiry's to coaching assistance.

My role as head coach at AthleteX included but was not limited to..

• Coaching both group classes (5-30 people) and personal training sessions.
• Assist other location coaches in structuring and planning their one on one sessions and session plans for group training.
• Create, plan and implement the programming for the gym. Creating 12 week training cycles and inputting through our software Wodify.
• Fostered a positive team environment with clear communication and motivational techniques.
• Receive new member requests and onboarding for both group and individualised training
