Summary

I have proven to be an adaptable manager in the short time in this position. I have successfully managed Singleton Post Office through hard covid lockdowns, staff shortages, Covid shut downs at our office and Christmas thrown in all whilst still maintaining a high standard of customer service and support to all staff involved.

I have been fortunate enough to be offered many opportunities to further my career with Australia Post, firstly as acting SPSO at Singleton and then acting PM for a short time in Muswellbrook before being appointed there. As i continuously grow and learn i am becoming an even better leader and manager to the staff at both offices i am a part of.

I have also built strong relationships with many different departments and this has helped with the growth and increase in revenue in the post offices i have managed.

I have built a strong working relationship with staff and have seen an increase in productivity and passion from those in our office.
