Ella Robinson

Primary School Teacher
East Fremantle,WA

Summary

A motivated and eager teacher seeking the opportunity to become a part of an inclusive and diverse community where I can play an active role in the school's community. I am looking to establish myself within Rostrata Pleasant Primary School where I can build quality, long lasting relationships. I hold high values that the classroom should be an environment where students feel safe, included, and engaged to help them achieve their best possible outcomes. I believe that students learn best when provided with hands on, engaging and interactive activities that enable them to make connections to the real world and always try to implement this into my teaching pedagogy. In my view, collaborative learning is vital for students to become critical thinkers and active problem solvers as it enables them to view learning from more than one perspective. I class myself as a very reflective educator who is always eager to hear any feedback or ways to improve my teaching and am always open to trying new approaches or strategies. I'd be grateful to be given the opportunity to make a positive impact on a classroom of students through forming positive relationships and motivating students to achieve their best possible outcomes.
