• Leading outdoor adventure based learning activities. (Flying fox, high and low ropes, raft and catapult building, team building activities)

KitchenHand

• Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Record menu orders and each dietary requirement for every resident.
• Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as fruits and vegetables, to prepare for cooking or serving.

Laundry

• Operate dry-cleaning machines to clean soiled articles.
• Fold and pack clothes to be sent back to designated lodge.
• Drive van to deliver laundry to and from Carramar and Kabara
