  • Create, maintain and update appropriate files and records related to ABC NewsRadio. Operating an efficient filing and records system to ensure efficient and rapid retrieval of data.
  • Ensure the network’s compliance with the Performance Management system.
  • Manage administrative and P&L forms relating to network staff inc recruitment/casuals/interns
  • Manage telephone & written listener correspondence, enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage procurement activities for network.
  • Arrange travel, including accommodation bookings and travel allowance for Manager and staff.
  • Collate documents for the National Networks office, e.g. Monthly training report.
  • Administrate and maintain ABC NewsRadio File Share “Pandora”.

  • Relief Duties: Act as network coordinator when on leave. Manage online listener correspondence system when required.
  • Key achievements:
  • ABC NewsRadio Office upgrade. Including overseeing Netia PC Refreshment for network, revision/reduction of aged technical equipment and reference materials, project managing kitchen refurbishment.
  • Triple j Acting Assistant – 4 months. Provided high level administrational assistance to the Manager triple j. Key achievement was to arrange all travel requirements (flights, accommodation, car rental & allowance) for triple j staff (talent, management & support people) partaking in an interstate AWOL concert.
