
I am writing to express my interest in the Teacher Aide position at Woodridge state high school, I am passionate about supporting students learning and wellbeing and working collaboratively with teachers to create positive classroom environments.
I am a current women’s international rugby league player that is extremely motivated, self-driven, hardworking, trustworthy, confident and enthusiastic team player. I am very excited to help pass on the importance of these traits to the students at this school and help guide them in any way possible, show them the places you can go and what you can achieve if you stay committed and work hard.
I have worked in programs with kids that need extra attention and have been on many excursions and trips with kids/students for different events.
I have successfully completed four Certifications in hospitality, kitchen operations, sports and recreation, and fitness.
And also have over eight years combined experience in both hospitality and management/supervisor roles.
I am a reliable, patient, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and supporting their individual needs. I understand the importance of teamwork in a school setting and am confident in my ability to assist teachers with classroom activities, student supervision, learning support, and general classroom organisation.
I take pride in building positive relationships with others, encouraging their confidence, and helping them stay engaged and motivated.
I love to go down and support local teams whether it's for sport or just general support, I have lots of kids reach out and ask for advice, I love to help guide them in the best direction I can.
