I have extensive experience working in numerous extremely busy emergency departments This provided me with a broad range of procedural and clinical abilities
I have substantial clinical experience handling complicated medical and surgical situations My ICU experience provided me crucial information and skills in handling and stabilisation critically ill patients

Prioritisation and decision making:

I have large experience working in high-pressure situations The adrenaline rush and fast-paced nature of the emergency department drew me to the speciality I believe that I thrive under pressure and am capable of making decisions when necessary My experience at ICU , as well as my time as a chief resident during my training, have also helped me acquire the abilities required to take control of difficult situations, guide other team members, and collaborate effectively with other specialities and departments My experience in the ED allows me to identify and prioritise patients based on their acute demands and critical status

Communication:

I am fluent in both Arabic & English (Speaking and

writing) with excellent communication skills

I have amazing ability to communicate with patient and their families as well as my team and colleagues in other department

Teamwork and collaboration:

I have worked in many clinical teams during my training The nature of the ED environment means that good teamwork is essential for the wellbeing of our patients I use my communication skills and experience to ensure that I contribute effectively to team effort and to support my junior team members whenever possible I have worked in busy level one trauma centres and been a number of numerous trauma and acute response teams

My personality and capability enabled me to present as successful leadership in emergency department

Teaching:

I enjoy teaching and I understand the value of continuous medical education in enhancing the overall standard of clinical care by improving the knowledge and skills of the front-line clinical staff I gained valuable experience over the years in the delivery of a spectrum of educational activities to medical students, junior doctors, and other health professionals

Computer Skills:

Excellent computing skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with vast experience in using a wide range of health information systems and software
