My capacity and competence as an Experience Senior Teacher has driven my desire and passion to become a supportive leader to staff, students and the wider community and I believe that 'Together we can Achieve'. I take on the belief that all students are capable and we need to 'shine the light on every potential'. This passion drives me to ensure the development and implementation of evidence-based pedagogies such as; Age Appropriate Pedagogies, positive Behaviour for Learning and Comprehensive Literacy. I can create a positive, 'Seriously Playful', hands on, engaging learning environment that is responsive to each student and their learning styles. I love challenging myself to be 'Best in Class' and believe that learning is lifelong and endeavour to continue my thirst to learn and improve.
