• Install & establish Survey Control networks via total station methods including observational adjustments and processing (not proficient with static networks)
• Quote, manage & deliverer various projects accurately and in a timely manner (Civil/Structural/Topographical/Cadastral) by directly liaising with clients
• Liaise with Operations Manager regarding project logistics, staffing requirements & general day to day planning
• Proficient use of 12d (Associated calculations, Data Management, Reporting, etc.)
• Proficient use of AutoCAD for drafting purposes
• Proficient use of Leica Total Station & GNSS equipment (Viva & Captivate)
• Basic use of Trimble Total Station (previous employment)

• Undertake various Civil works including but not limited to: Pavement Set-out/Calculations, Drainage set-out/calculations, basic machine control setups & design inputs, service identification, volume calculations, conformance reporting, etc.
• Undertake various Cadastral work including: Identification Surveys, Secondary Interest Surveys (Leases/Easement/Covenants) & Basic Sub-Division Surveys. All work completed has been done under the supervision of a Cadastral Endorsed Surveyor.
• Engineering Surveys including but not limited to: Medium/Low Rise apartment blocks, House set-out's, sub surface infrastructure set-out etc.
• Various scale Topographical surveys.

• Various mine coverage
• Laser scanning
• Various As-Constructed Surveys
• Volume calculations
• Experience in 12D, Autocad, Bricscad, Minescape and Maptek – I-Sight software.
• Effectively manage self-directed work throughout the day

• Delegate and manage a range of tasks between staff members.
• Calculations from design plans, and interpreting a range of multidisciplinary plans.
• Invoicing clients and inputting data for completed work.
• Set out construction plans, both as-constructed and surface plans.
• Uphold required safety requirements/protocols (SWMS/JSEA/Slams/Vehicle Reporting & Equipment Reporting)
• Work effectively as a Field Party Leader.

• Conduct set-out's, detail and as constructed surveys.
• Direct staff as a Field Party Leader on a variety of work sites.
• Experience in Bricscad and 12D software and use of Trimble gear.
• Liaise with clients on and off site regarding projects tasks & requirements.
• Self-direct and manage time effectively to complete set jobs and tasks throughout the day.
• Basic Control Network establishment & levelling
