I’ve worked in The Reece Group since early 2018 when I was still in high school, where I completed VCAL and received my certificate for completion. Working at Reece I did lots of customer service working with plumbers to understand what they need for their job, and also maintaining the warehouse, receiving stock and ensuring accurate locations were kept. Also helping on deliveries, lifting heavy items and delivering in a timely fashion. I then started full time after finishing High School at Metalflex Airconditioning as a delivery driver/counter hand. Continuing all previous duties but with a more demanding work load and also delivering out of town 4 days a week, receiving truckloads of duct, stocking and sales of large split system units, heaters and componentry. All while working in a tight knit team of 3-5.
