Ethan Lane

Throughout my time I have gained some workplace experience by helping out my Father who is a builder. In doing so this helped to develop my social skills as well as build important skills including dedication, perseverance, and hard work. I would usually work from 7am-4pm during school holidays showing that I am more than capable of working consistently for long periods of time.

I have had a week worth of work placement/experience at the Corowa Federation Veterinary Hospital where I gained social skills like communicating with people from the community and working in an environment with a number of people. This workplace also gave me some experience in working in a dangerous environment with dangers such as needles and medicines.

After finishing my work experience the Vet Hospital where very pleased with my efforts so much that they offered me a job but with only being able to work after school I was unable to work a lot of hours and was also unavailable for certain days they wanted me to work so I couldn't take the job.
