• DUTIES: Preparing baked goods to sell in the café such as; cakes, breads, pastries. Preparing stock such as focaccias, wraps, sandwiches, quiche and spanakopita. Operating the pass as well as preparing and plating meals during breakfast and lunch rush. Making pizzas, preparing toppings and rolling dough for events. Operating the tills and serving customers with both cash and eftpos. Waitressing, clearing and cleaning tables, plates and cups.

• DUTIES: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations in all food preparation areas. Designing visually appealing pastry displays for events, social media and bakery, enhancing overall customer experience. Conducting quality control checks on items in the bakery. Preparing, filling and packaging pastries while adhering to a timeline.

• DUTIES: Waitressing and serving customers, efficiently operating tills and money, managing the pass, making and serving coffees with a range of milks, controlling bookings and hosting customers, operating reception and admin, managing a team of junior staff in a high energy environment. Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced setting, such as beers, wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails. Coordinating daily operations, including function and event arrangements, staff schedules, and shift changes to maintain smooth service flow. Encouraging staff to promote menu items and specials, contributing to increased sales and enhanced guest experiences.

Instructor

DUTIES: Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of participants navigating high ropes courses, zip lines, and other elevated obstacles. Fitting guests with harnesses and safety gear, providing safety briefings and instructions, supervising participants throughout the course, and performing routine inspections of the equipment and structures. As well as assisting in rescues or guiding nervous guests, all while maintaining a friendly, encouraging attitude to create a positive outdoor experience.
